By sending a pencil rubbing of your frame and engine numbers, including any letter prefix, along with a photograph of your machine to the Machine Dating Officer, the date of despatch from the factory can be determined.

A machine dating certificate will only be issued when the information supplied matches that of the club's registers.

This service is free to members and is of invaluable assistance to those trying to uncover the history of their particular machine but please do remember to include a stamped self addressed envelope for a reply.

Overseas members please include four International Reply Coupons. (ensure that they are franked at the point of purchase)A fee of £12.00 is required for non-members and cheques should be made payable to the REOC.
